Summary of My Blogging Experience– I have learned much in my Digital Online Media class this semester and must give part credit to that class as it has made me create this wonderful blog where I can share my passion of the world with many of you. There are many tools that I used but naming them all would take a while, the most helpful tool that I have used this semester during my blogging experience would be Storify. It is very easy to import links and share them with your entire online community. It really makes it super easy to share what you want without making it difficult. I plan to use what I have learned from this class in the future. I even see myself using coding of some kind so that I can build a more detailed website where I can promote my ideas and share them with everyone.
Tigers Den Buddhist Monastery– Also known as Paro Taktsang it is located on the cliffside of the upper Paro valley, Bhutan. Many legends surround this place and is home to many valuable old paintings. Some of these paintings were however destroyed in a horrible fire due to an electrical problem. Padmasambahva, a guru, is believed to be the founder of this site. According to legend he flew to this site on the back of a tiger; he then meditated many days and is considered to be the founder of Buddhism in Bhutan.
